Dear diary,     

I can’t believe at this modern day or years my Mama is still match-making me. Ek! She told me she had this conversation with Auntie ‘A’. Auntie ‘A’ was a bit worried that her son at the age of 25 and has no girlfriend and probably wants to marry him off.

So, she asked Mama about my Boyfriend and blah blah blah which I don’t want to elaborate but she asked if Boyfriend has come over to ask for my hand in marriage. And of course not and Mama said if I was the guy, she would probably have done something but Mama said something like she’s the girl side, what more can she do if the guy is not the one asking.

And so Auntie ‘A’ said if things are that “difficult”, she suggested me being friends with her son. And Mama being Mama said, if Auntie ‘A’ is being serious, send the family over to ask for my hand in marriage. Mama even said she won’t say ‘no’. Auntie ‘A’ agreed and said she will go back home and ask her son.

Like hallowwwwww?! Marrying me off?

Not that Auntie ‘A’s son is not good looking and not well to do, oh yes he is. He was even my 1^st biggest crush I had in high school. But I really cannot picture myself ermm… trying to.. Picture the situation.. ermm..
