KL Trip Day 1 - 08th March 2016

Dear Diary,

I didn't bring my laptop. So I'm going to do a less coloured, less proper structured kind of blogging since I'm just blogging from my phone.

Day 1 - 08th March 2016

Woke up at 0530 hours in the morning. Did Fajr and got myself all set and ready to meet Hajar since she stayed the nearest to me. And then we hail a cab and fetch Hernie, Zam & lil Shayleen. Finally, our wish came true. The day of our first vacation ever together in 27th years for Hernie, 26th for Hajar and ermm..18th years for me. HAHAHAHA!

Cabbed all the way down to the coach bay at Harbourfront. Since D was on MC, of course he wasn't there to see me off. God knows how much I miss him and I wish I could see him AT LEAST. But it's okay because he did give me a text telling me to be safe and all. And it's enough for me. :)

8am on the dot and our bus came. We took Aeroline. It was about 5-6 hours journey to Kuala Lumpur. The bus was comfortable. They had attached TV In the bus too. So cool!

Little Shayleen peeping at us. Haha!

Hajar showing me the emergency exit that I shall jump out should there be any fire evacuation. *Roll eyes* She was teasing me because I was being annoying as usual. HAHA!

We were given lunch onboard too after we have past the immigration checkpoint and stuff. Sadly, the pictures are in my digital camera and not in my phone. Initially, Hajar sat quite far from us because she bought her ticket only last minute, not together with us. But since the bus wasn't full, we managed to get our seat changed. So we shifted all the way to the back and I get to sit with Hajar while, Hernie sat with Zam.

Anyhoos, there wasn't many movies to choose from since it's a coach bus and NOT SIA flight. Lol! But not too bad, they had some quite old yet recent movies that I've been wanting to watch in my movies-watch-list. So I end up watching 'Creed'. Interesting movie! I like it. Minus the few minutes that I accidentally knock-out because I was too tired. But I woke up and rewind again the part I've missed. Hehehe!

5 hours later, we reached KL and our bus dropped us at Corus Hotel. (But it's not the place we are staying in.) Walked around Suria KLCC and brought groceries at Cold Storage so that we can cook in our apartment. (To save money). Hehehe!

Interesting thing that me & Hajar wanted to buy but we end up not buying. Hahaha!

We wanted to buy more groceries but was too tired because we still had luggage and our heavy bags with us. And I was already feeling quite cranky at that point of time carrying my bags around here and there. So Hernie suggested for us to check-in to our apartment first and the continue our shopping.

Setia Sky Residence.

We cabbed all the way there since it was quite a distant from KLCC. And oh-my-gosh! I love how this Condominium is. Lol! First thing first, the security is tip-top and I wouldn't deny. Our apartment is 37th storey high!! So can you imagine the balcony view, how beautiful it was. Secondly, we had our own private lift access just to our apartment. Remember Blair's house in Gossip Girl?! Yes, that amazing!! And thirdly, the apartment that we are staying in has transparent toilet. HAHAHAHA! And you know, I'm a sucker when it comes to transparent toilet. Hehehe!

The living room. Sorry! I only managed to remember taking a picture after we have settled down, so the place looks kinda messy now. Hehe!

The kitchen and another exit doorway to the dustbin chute and some residence apartment behind.

The OTHER toilet in the kitchen.

The other room which Hajar and I sleep in. Yes! One single bed ONLY *Roll eyes* and so we shared the bed sleeping vertically so both could sleep on the bed, although Hajar told me she can sleep on the floor so that I could have the "bed" to myself BUT nope, not letting that happened. Anyway, I was awaken by Hernie & Hajar at night (I knock out kinda early yesterday), she slowly slipped the chair in so that I could stretch out my leg to sleep because I was really crouching my whole body like a child to fit the bed. Haha!

The master bedroom for Hernie, Zam and little Shayleen.

Of course! HERE comessss the transparent toilet. Hehehe!

D text me asking if I have already safely reached KL the moment I check-in (just on the dot) and I showed him the transparent toilet. His respond was "Kecoh pe toilet u." HAHAHA! There you go, my half-matrep boyfriend. Hahaha! But it's beautiful right? So while showering you can look out through the window and see the busy town of KL and reflect on life. Hahahaha!

So while resting before heading out OF COURSE, time to venture the "small pool" or rather the bathtub. Hehehe!

Time for bubble bath!

Shayleen get to try the bubble bath first of course. Hehe!

I managed to catch up on my Vampire Diaries over Wi-Fi! Yay! Few hours later, all of us felt really famished since we haven't been eating much for the whole day, we had only one meal in the bus. Hurhur! So we cabbed down to KLCC again and did more grocery shopping this time since we are luggage-free. Hehe! Bought some tidbits too back home for my loved ones. Hehe!

Brought this at Sephora. My turn to bubble bath tomorrow, no? Hahahaha!

Flag a cab, hoping to go downtown Pasar Malam but according to the taxi driver it's only available on the weekends. Tsk! So we told him to bring us somewhere nearby to eat when he suggested 'Tom Yum.' We didn't have much choice because we were quite tired as well and so we agreed to settle for just Tom Yum.

The food was okay-okay. But couldn't complain much because we were too hungry. Lol!

After dinner, we cabbed back home only to realize the first cab driver "cheated" our money, purposely driving us around until the meter hit 17RM when we cab back home it was only 8RM. Tsk!

Showered and did Isyak and when the Wi-Fi connected, received a text from D. By the time I replied himhe was already asleep. He is on morning shift somemore tomorrow. Missing him that boy and wish he is here but...nevermind...we haven't Halal yet. Hahaha. 😂

***

And last but not least, Happy Birthday dearest Hernie! Glad that we get to travel together for the first time. May Allah SWT always bless you with all the wonderful things in life and grant you happiness always. Amin.

Till here.

See You Again

Dear Diary,

I took an urgent half day leave to accompany D to see the specialist today for his skin. Doctor's visit after visit and his condition is still the same. But that was also because he was stubborn, keep heading to GP instead of seeing the Specialist. Bismillah. I really hope this time the medication would work on him because he spend a few hundred over dollars for the consultation and medication. It doesn't drive me away seeing him like that, but instead it hurts me when he tell me he's hurting and I really wish he will recover this time round. Aamiin.

Accompanying D also means that I get to spend some time with him before heading off for my 1 week vacation in Kuala Lumpur (KL). For a fact, I have always enjoy D's company, being with him, being around him. Although he can be quite a tease (Sometimes pisses you off. Oh! I am not kidding when I say this) but he always know how to make me smile, he always make me laugh, he makes me feel at ease, safe when I'm with him. My kind of happy pill. =') Masyaallah. How Allah SWT has brought him to me, for me to be able to feel this way. Syukur Alhamdulilah.

Spend some time with D, we sat at a nearby swing in an open space "park" in between Plaza Singapure and Park Mall. We swung on the swing and just talked about life, about us, about the future, with the windy wind so breezy. It feels good, feels perfect. =')

Had lunch + dinner at Burger King because I was feeling extremely famished before heading back home.

***

No idea why I haven't feeling "safe" nowadays. I keep thinking of well, I'm not even sure how to explain this. I keep crying thinking of the "worse", feeling emotional all. Gosh! Maybe it's just PMS, I hope.

And to add on, D is on morning shift tomorrow, which I really hope I could see him one last time before I depart to KL. But.....he is on MC. So, he will not be able to see me off tomorrow. SAD. SO SAD. Smiley This part sometimes it always makes me feel like I am willing to do and go the extra mile for him but he is never willing to do anything for me, even little tiny gestures like this. But it's okay. I guess I can live with it. I learn so much from Mama all these years. How she always sacrifice for us, how she nurture us family with love. When you do something, do it out of love, out of sincerity and to never expect anything in return and to never expect the same thing from people. Then you will never get hurt, or hurt less I supposed.

So KL here we come. After so many years, FINALLY, it's my bestfriends and my first trip together after 20+++ years of our life living in this world and after 10+++ years of knowing each other. Prolly my 2nd trip ever without Mama and it will be without Mama from now on. Sad And please pray for our safety too.

I'll miss the rest of my family.
I'll miss D.

And when I come back, Insyaallah. Time to look forward to IT Fair with D and....the week after, D's parents is coming over to chope chope me. HEHEHE! Aamiin. *Nervous*

A: If you were not on MC, would you have see me off tomorrow?
D: Yeap....definitely. Of course I would.
A: Thank you. That is all I needed to know.

---

A: Do you want to go Europe.
D: Nope!
A: Oh wow. In that case, can I go with my friends then? I want to travel the world.
D: When are you going?
A: Ermmm...next year. Around August or September gitu.
D: Kita dah kahwin. Kalau gitu kene bawa I.
A: Ermmm...Yelahhhhhh.

HAHAHAHA! Guess D will be my handbag then.

---

A: Quite the money lah. I pergi waxing, facial, braces appointment, dermatologist appointment, massage.
D: You pergi mana? Massage?!! Eh wahh, I sendiri tak pernah pergi massage, dia macam-macam pula tu. Living the good life eh you.
A: Hahahahaha! Okay what.
D: Habis lahhhh gini savings aku.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Please ehhh, I will use my money for my own needs. Please eh. Hahahahaha!

Ondeh-Ondeh.

Dear Diary,

I just came back from late supper with my dearest bestfriend Hernie, her husband, Zam and their little princess, Shayleen. Although it feels like I am being a lamp post going out with them but actually, I have never feel like one. My bestfriend and husband always make me feel welcome and at ease when I'm with them. :) Syukur Alhamdulilah. Bestfriend like family.

So they fetched me from home and we venture to the newly open Pasar Malam at Lot 1, before heading all the way to Kembangan, Hawa restaurant for late night supper. The place which Hernie wanted me to die-die try their steak.

Nutella Milkshake, Snicker Milkshake & Kinder Bueno Milkshake. #Iceburnz

Tried Banana fritters Chocolate + Cheese

My Sirloin steak with Mushroom

Hernie and I both ordered a Medium rare steak but it came quite well done for us. Well done means the beef being tough to eat. I had braces on, so I suffered quite an agony on my mouth. LOL! After which supper, we went home.

***

Came back home from work today and do the vacuuming and mopping of the house. Well, did my laundry as well. Since I haven't been having enough sleep, I felt really tired. Just right after I did Asar, I ACCIDENTALLY fall asleep.

And I had a dream, a scary one. I could still remember the dream. I know sometimes we don't remember dreams after we wake up but I don't know it's just me, I will forget it at first and I can somehow manage to force myself to remember dreams.

In the dream, I was in the particular hospital. I was with Mama visiting somebody who was unwell and then the person said something is going to happen. So I panicked and I ran, I followed Mama, I followed her right till we reach a door, an exit. This part....waiting for the door to open slowly, there was white light as the door opened. As the door open, stood 3 figure. One black figure looking like a devilish figure, another was a lady in hijab with the tasbih, she was smiling and tearing happily looking at me telling me it's all over now. And slightly behind her on the right, it was a girl in white kafan, it's like it was me. Like they were going to take me away with them.

After which, I woke up. Scary.

I woke up feeling scared. I cried. I cried so bad. I cried so hard. I was alone at home and I feel so helpless. cry So I Istighfar and texted Hernie and she told me the same thing too, to Istighfar, which I did and I played the Zikir. Did Maghrib prayers when Hernie then asked me if I wanted to go Pasar Malam at Lot 1 with her.

I don't know what exactly the dream means. They usually say, mimpi tu permainan tidur. Furthermore, it was at the "not nice" hour I was sleeping. But what happens if it's a sign or something? :( But whatever happens, I will redha. I just hope my loved ones will forgive me for any of my wrongdoings when I leave this world to meet my creator. I will of course miss all of you. =')

I have never mentioned but these are the people that means a lot to me, the whole world to me for now. In no order of favouritism:-

Mama, Ayah, Din, Azmi, Adik+Ressal, Anita, Muhammad, Hernie+Zam+Shayleen, Hajar, Jiemin, Zoei, Helen, Eileen, Charlotte, Hana, Amanda, Pagen, Aishah.

Managed to fulfil my Seoul Garden cravings last 3 days with the soon-to-be fiancé. Lol! So D did all the cooking, well most cooking. I just ate like a Princess. Hahaha! I wasn't able to see it the last time but now I probably could somehow see it. D, a husband figure, a fatherly figure. How he cooks for me, how he took all the dishes I wanted, how he has been doing so many OTs after OTs when he could give it away, so that we have enough $$$, how he tries to make time for me, how he tries to listen to my rantings/problems etc etc etc though sometimes he knocks out feeling too tired for example like today. But I am really thankful to have him Ya Allah. Syukur Alhamdulilah.

And I baked Ondeh-Ondeh Cupcake too. D doesn't eat Ondeh-Ondeh, so I told him this is a Cupcake version, prolly he will like it better than the Ondeh-ondeh. I gave one for him to try but he was feeling too full to eat after Seoul Garden and told me he was going to bring it home.

Pandan cake with coconut gula Melaka in the centre filling and coconut gula Melaka icing.

D: I am going to bring this cupcake home and cut into 4, so everyone at home can try. Ask my mom if it's nice or not because I don't know how ondeh-ondeh taste like. I nak cakap ni bakal menantu dia yang buat. Suruh rasa. :D:D:D
Me: What?! One cupcake and you want to cut into 4?! Omigod. Jangan lah, I bake tak sedap. I first time bake cupcake ni. Malu lah.

After he send me home, I saw I was left with 3 cupcakes at home because the rest I brought it to work. Plus I know nobody at home eat my baking (no idea why), So I gave D another 2 more cupcakes and left 1 for my brother to eat. And yes, the Ondeh-ondeh cupcake was a hit. I baked about 18 cupcakes and it's all gone within 2 days. Soooo happy to see it gone so fast !!! SmileySmileySmiley

I wanted to ask D if he likes the cupcake, I wasn't actually asking him to compare if it taste like the real ondeh-ondeh. SmileyBecause of course, the taste won't be exactly the same because the real ondeh-ondeh is glutinous rice flour and cupcake is just plain normal flour but I just wanted to know if D likes the cupcake or not. To get used to my baking, get used to my cooking. But in the end.......

He didn't even get to eat it. LOLOLS! So cute. SmileySmileySmiley Okay, glad his family likes it. :glad::glad::glad::glad: This made my day. Till here. I better get some sleep hopefully, though I am still very very full from the steak but I'm working tomorrow. Goodnight all. Might want to try baking another Ondeh-Ondeh cupcake again tomorrow.

VD and GG

Dear Diary,

Time checked: 0250 hours and I am having problem sleeping. GOSH! Insomnia have to strike me today?! This is so frustrating. I tried! I really tried to bring myself to sleep but I couldn't. Toss and turn, toss and turn and I end up being wide awake. I don't remember taking any late caffeine intake before bed. I really hate not being able to sleep on time because disorder sleeping patterns = weight gain. :(

I got Ayah's appointment all wrong yesterday. It was supposed to be today but I took the half day leave on Wednesday instead. So I called up the Polyclinic and thank goodness they managed to slot me a last minute appointment for Ayah yesterday. So while seeing the doctor, that was when I found out he has been eating all the medication wrongly, the wrong dosage to be exact. Frustrate me quite a bit because bringing both Mama and Ayah to the doctor, Mama seems to be a lot well in self-managing only until few months before her passing on, while Ayah, hmm... No wonder Mama has to always be on her toes at all time. Tsk!

So there you go, the moment I got home, I did the same thing I did for Mama before. I must really thank my Manager, Helen for buying this daily pill cases for my late mom. And yes, I started managing Ayah's medicine pills, to the right dosage and the correct timing on when to eat it. So this is a commitment for me to start doing every week for him. No wonder Ayah has been feeling dizzy and stuff. Tsk.

After Ayah's appointment, this pakcik buncit was feeling hungry because he haven't had lunch and so treated him for lunch at Rasa-rasa eating place, Bukit Batok.

Happy man eating.

Ayah drove past Bukit Batok before heading to the eatery place. And I happened to see the place where D and I actually applied for our BTO once before which we didn't get it and twice now recently because they are doing another BTO in that place as well. I've looked up the place in the map before, roughly have an idea where it is but have never exactly went to look at it. But today, I did. Is this a sign? :-?

No major construction done yet but some minor construction I see going around, like probably straightening the plot of land? Lol. I was excited when I saw the place and was telling Ayah about it. I mean like heyyyyy...me and D applied a house here. Though of course, we haven't know the results yet. Hahaha!

But as Ayah drove past, I was telling myself, I don't mind giving this house a pass. It's okay if D and I didn't get it because it's basically build in the middle of like nowhere? It looks a bit ulu, or maybe I'm just not so used to the area around there yet.

It's definitely far from the MRT. I actually prefer a house near the MRT station just like where my house is now. ALTHOUGH, it's not that near probably take about a 10 minutes walk back home from the MRT station, BUT it's POSSIBLE to walk back home. In case you know, I meet-up with friends and come back home late (catching the last train back home), which usually happen when I meet up with my RP Clique. And even if there's no more feeder bus anymore at that hour, I could just walk back home instead of wasting money cabbing home. Furthermore, it's an exercise to walk you see. I rather walk than taking a bus. I loveeeee to walk. If I could walk to work I would rather walk (provided I wear the correct shoe) but ermm...West to Central, I probably work to walk instead. LOL!

This has been filling up my past time. I am only at Episode 10 Season 2 when it Vampire Diaries are technically in it's Season 6 already by now. Yes, online movies, online drama, well, that's me when I'm being the cozy homey yo princess at home. Hahahaha! And recently, I just finished watching Gossip Girl, after 9 years!

It was during my Polytechnic days when I first catch Gossip Girl series and this series has actually ended in the year 2012. What year is it now? Hehe! Ever since I graduated and started working, I didn't really have much time to catch up on all these dramas because I have to work on weekends, not forgetting the laundry and whatever nots. Plus friends prefer to meet-up on weekends too and most importantly, to slot in my dating day with D too. Lol!

Blair and Chuck finally marries each other.

With Cyrus being the Priest

And there's Jenny Humphrey and Eric Van Der Woodsen featured on the last episode.

Blair and Chuck now happily married.

Blair and Chuck have a son called Henry Bass.

Now I'm going to be a spoil sport, Dan Humphrey IS Gossip Girl.

Serena Van Der Woodsen in her wedding dress.

And yes, Dan finally marries Serena.

And they all lived happily ever after.

I am currently feeling slightly sleepy by now but sleeping at this hour would only mean I have trouble waking up at my usual clocking alarm. Haizzzz! But I have to get some sleep at least or else, you know it's not good to not have some rest since I'm dealing with healthcare line. Yeahs, it's a serious thing bro.

I do wonder what my boyfriend is doing right now.  Yesssss, he is doing the night shift tonight. Haizzz! I don't know how I can be bipolar with that man. One moment I am so irrevocably in love with him and the next thing, I can push him away. Ermm..okay. I'm yawning right now already. I'll have Stefan Salvatore accompany me through the night now. HAHAHAHA! I'll blog again soon. Don't let the bed bug bites, prolly the bugs won't have enough time to bite because by then, my alarm clock will rang for me to wake up for Fajr. Tsk. Bye!

XOXO,
